Professor Crain has held high level positions in the retail car business since 1979.  In 1985 he began doing conventional F & I.

After the big push to leasing in 1996, Norm realized that there was a greater profit potential in Sub Prime. That year he made the switch and has been doing sub prime finance ever since.

In 2004 he joined the ACE Group and today teaches Sub Prime 102 and Sub Prime 201 and is involved in the Training Support Program.
