I was blown away with the information from this course, it exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed being completley involved and not just a face in the crowd. I was spoken to and not at. The topics were well proportioned and relevent to todays customers. It taught me how to be a better coach for my team. I've learned more in a few days than I thought possible.
