This is just to provide a letter of recommendation to Dick Haven and Auto Credit Express and to acknowledge their excellence in sales and service in the product that they provided to our dealership.

Mr. Haven has gone above and beyond the call of duty in the time that he spent at our dealership training our staff, to being available to our staff 24 hours a day.  Mr. Haven’s knowledge and effort to helping make everything a success has been beyond excellent.  The LotPro software package has been the best that I have ever seen on the market, being easy and user-friendly to work with.  We have seen our sales and gross profit increase substantially.  Again, our many thanks to Dick and the staff at Auto Credit Express.
